About

I spent two decades leading product and technology organizations of 50 to 500+ people, most recently as CTO across media, online marketplaces, and iGaming. Now I work with companies on AI adoption: what to try, what to ignore, and what changes once it's real. I run a handful of side projects, built spec-first with my AI friends. Claude, Codex, and Gemini do the heavy lifting, and a few others get consulted for special cases or when nobody can agree.
